How do I create an rDNS record?

Clients that have a VPS (Virtual Private Server) or VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) will most likely require a valid rDNS record which matches their server's hostname. The reason for this is that many mail servers reject email from mail servers that do not have a valid rDNS record and therefore email is bounced back.

If you would require an rDNS record to be created, please open a support ticket.
