How long does a domain transfer take?

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for a domain transfer to be completed once you have paid your invoice for the transfer.

Domain Name Transfer Procedure

  1. In order to initiate a domain name transfer, you will need to obtain the domain name's EPP/auth code. This code can be obtained from your current domain name provider.
  2. Once you have obtained this code, you can initiate the transfer at http://www.netorigin.com.au/domain-names/transfer
  3. Once you have initiated the transfer, you will be sent a Transfer Request Email. The Transfer Request Email will be sent to the admin contact email address for the domain name. This email must be actioned, in order for the transfer to complete.
  4. No further actioned is required on your part, we'll take care of the rest

Should you have any questions, please send an email to sales@netorigin.com.au.
