What is an EPP code/ domain name password?

An EPP code, or domain name password, is a password that is used to transfer a domain name between providers. It is required for a domain name transfer.

If you are not sure what the code is for your domain name then you can find it through the client area of your domain name provider, or by emailing them requesting the code.
