I am receiving a high amount of SPAM emails

We offer all Web Hosting, Email Hosting and Reseller Hosting customers a server level spam filter known as Apache SpamAssassin, at no additional cost. This service is available to clients to block unwanted SPAM emails.

To enable SpamAssassin you will need to follow these simple steps:

Step by Step

  1. Log into cPanel at www.yourdomainname.com.au/cpanel
  2. Click on "Apache SpamAssassin" (under Mail)
  3. Click "Enable Apache SpamAssassin" and then click on "Go Back".
  4. Click on "Auto-Delete Spam".
  5. You have now enabled your Spam Filter!

Note: Under "Filters" you will be able to set the Spam score. By default this score is set to 5, which is fine for most users. The higher the score, the more relaxed the Spam rules. If you find that you are still receiving Spam then you can lower your score to 3 or 4. If you find that you are not receiving legitimate email, then you can increase your Spam score to 7 or 8.
