How can I download a backup of my site?

All clients are able to download a backup of their website via cPanel. The login details to your cPanel account were sent in the email titled "Your New Hosting Account", when you first registered your hosting service.

Step by Step

  1. Login to cPanel
  2. Click on "Backups".
  3. Click on "Download or Generate a Full Website Backup".
  4. Follow the prompts.
  5. You will be emailed once your backup is complete. Please note that the backup may take up to half an hour to complete.
